Invisalign uses a progressive series of clear trays to move teeth into place over a period of months, and usually takes a year or less. The trays, like the name suggests, are nearly invisible, so they won’t interfere with your appearance. Best of all, they can be removed to eat, brush, and floss, making it a breeze to continue your usual dental hygiene routine.
During your initial visit, we will determine whether you’re a candidate for Invisalign. If so, we’ll take impressions of your teeth and send them to Invisalign, where, using advanced 3-D computer imaging technology, a series of customized, clear trays will be prepared that will move your teeth into place.
Each set of trays will be worn day and night for about two weeks, and you’ll visit our office at regular intervals to check your progress and pick up new trays. Before you know it, your treatment will be done—and you’ll have the beautiful, straight smile you deserve.
